Privacy & contact

Jeremy Bates Coaching uses the details you submit to process your audit purchase, respond to your request, and deliver coaching. The short starting form saves your name, email, primary goal, and challenge. Detailed intakes can include starting measurements, training, usual food intake, protein targets, and everyday routines. Records are stored in the website’s hosted database and are available to Jeremy through his restricted workspace. Your information is not displayed publicly.

Abandoned-checkout follow-up is optional. If you select the separate consent box, Jeremy may email you about finishing this audit purchase. You are not added to a newsletter. Declining this option does not prevent purchase or service-related contact after purchase. To stop optional follow-up, reply to Jeremy or email jbates0322@gmail.com.

Your detailed answers save as you go after payment is verified or Jeremy authorizes complimentary access. Complimentary intakes require no payment and are marked separately in his workspace. A private browser cookie and a private return link allow access to your intake. Keep the link secure: anyone with it can open your saved information. Unpaid drafts are available for seven days after saving; paid intake access lasts 90 days after payment or the latest save. If you lose access, contact Jeremy from your checkout email for verification and help. Do not pay again to regain access.

Do not send card details, medical records, or sensitive identifiers through these forms. Photos and exercise clips are optional and held in private storage. Jeremy can open submitted files after verified payment or authorized complimentary access. You can remove files before submitting. Submitted uploads become inaccessible after 90 days. Expired uploads remain private until Jeremy runs cleanup; deletion is not automatic. Do not upload images of minors, intimate images, or medical records. For external file links, use restricted sharing with jbates0322@gmail.com.

The audit sales page uses a first-party measurement cookie lasting 30 days to count browser visits and connect them with checkout progress. It stores a random identifier, not your email, and is not shared with advertising networks. Campaign labels from links help Jeremy understand where inquiries come from. Browser counts are approximate: blocked cookies or another device can change the totals. Inquiry and transaction records remain available for service and business recordkeeping; request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Jeremy from the address you used.

Stripe handles card information under its own privacy policy. Website confirmation and reminder emails are not automatic; Jeremy currently follows up personally.
